European immigrants, especially those from Germany and Italy, have colonized the Serra Gaucha and made it one of the most important tourist centers of Rio Grande do Sul, due to their culture, architectural beauty, cuisine and hospitality.

The more adventurous face the low temperatures in the romantic scenery of the fields of Cima da Serra, where canyons and waterfalls are the big attractions of the natural parks of St. Joseph of the Missing, San Francisco de Paula and Cambara do Sul. An adventure to do between friends or a delicious program to make as a couple, this sight are just a few options of Serra Gaucha, one of the most beautiful destinations in Brazil.
